Don't spend extra for size of M12 Hex Bolt, we supply custom sizes, view Dimensions, Wrench Size, Torque and Standard Lengths
Six sided hex bolts are used for several reasons. First, they are economical, easy to produce and they are available across the world in various m12 hex bolt head dimensions. The metric dimension of the M12 Hex Bolt is a diameter whose length is 8mm. The thread for a 25mm long fastener is thought to be a coarse one. Usually, the m12 hex head bolt is used in combination with an M12 coarse threaded nut. Both the threaded nut and the construction of the threaded m12 hex socket bolt dimensions are coarse and they are manufactured in such a manner that they match each other rather easily.
For applications that require the fastener to easily distribute the load evenly, without the use of a washer, the m12 hex flange bolt is the best alternative. Because of its broader construction at the end of the head, it makes it possible to use the flange type m12 hex bolt 200mm without the use of a washer. Although they are common in construction, Allan bolts or the use of an m12 hex socket head bolt is ideal for those applications which require a more stable, permanent and fastener that cannot be tampered with.
Fastening these six sided bolts is possible by the use of an m12 hex head bolt torque. As the bolt is unusually shaped, the m12 hex bolt wrench size or the spanner must correspond to the size as well as the shape of the head for easy bolting or unbolting in any application. Using a large or a smaller sized wrench does not help in unbolting them.
